We work mostly with small and mid-sized businesses. Manufacturing is where we go deepest, after years spent on factory floors. But a process is a process: we've built for one-person companies and for multinationals alike.
We don't cut corners. What we deliver works, and keeps working — without the cost structure of a big firm.
Our story
1zéro1 was founded in 2018. The name is a nod to binary.
It grew out of something we saw from the inside : too many companies bend the way they work to fit a piece of software. We wanted to take the problem from the other end.
Our first-year clients are still with us. Sometimes two years go by without a word; then a need comes up, and we pick up where we left off. Some of the systems we built back then are still running — and still evolving.
A proven approach, from analysis to implemented solution
Analysis and process mapping
The need almost always comes from management, but it's by talking to the people doing the work that you learn how things actually run. We map the current process end to end. You leave with a game plan — the steps, the sequence — and a firm price.
Phased rollout
A system almost never goes live all at once. We break it into phases so that each piece earns its keep the day it ships, instead of waiting until the end of the project to get anything out of it. And we work with whoever needs to be involved — your internal IT, an outside vendor, a firm already on the job. Bridging between us isn't your job.
Training and change management
Resistance to change is proportional to the lack of explanation. That's why training isn't a box to tick at the end of a project: documentation, short video guides, help built into the application itself, and real sessions with your teams. Six months later, we're still there when the phone rings.
