EXPERTISE Applied AI
AI is one more layer,
not a product of its own
We don’t sell AI. We plug AI into systems that already do something useful — that’s where it pays off.
A well-built system knows how to execute. AI lets it go one step further: reading what comes in, anticipating what’s coming, sorting what piles up, answering the questions put to it.
What AI adds
Reading instead of rekeying
Supplier invoices, purchase orders, confirmations, delivery notes: all of it arrives as PDFs, as email, sometimes as a photo taken on a loading dock. And someone rekeys it. Automatic extraction reads those documents and posts them straight into the system, with a human check on anything out of the ordinary. The gain isn’t only time — it’s the end of transcription errors.
Anticipating demand
When the production and order history sits in one system, it becomes predictable. Seasonal peaks read year over year. Raw material needs get calculated instead of estimated.
Sorting and routing
What comes in through the general channels — requests, complaints, orders, technical questions — can be classified and sent to the right person automatically. It replaces nobody. It removes the step where someone opens fifty emails to decide who to forward them to.
Answering from your own data
An internal assistant that answers your teams’ questions by drawing on your documents, your procedures and your data — not on the web. “What’s the manufacturing routing for product X?” “What did we ship to that customer last year?”
What we won’t do
We won’t plug an assistant into data scattered across three systems and hope it works. It doesn’t work.
If the information isn’t reliable and connected, AI produces confident wrong answers — which is worse than no AI at all. When that’s the case, we’ll tell you, and we’ll start with the plumbing. It’s less exciting, but it’s what makes the rest possible.
We also won’t sell you AI because it’s the word of the year. Plenty of efficiency gains still come from simple rules and a good data model.
Where to start
One use case, measurable, on a process you know inside out. We measure before and after. If it holds, we extend.
The prerequisite
AI doesn’t repair scattered data. It sits on top of a system that holds.
